You are a dedicated person with green fingers, a responsible & sociable fast-learner with lots of humor, relaxed, mature & competent. You don’t smoke or use drugs on the Finca grounds.
You are most welcome to share our Life & Work project, based on Co-Creation with Nature.
Job description: Help run and maintain the Finca; work in the biological gardens, processing of herbs & fruits in the herbolario, reception of guests, attending in the café and cleaning rooms, painting, carpentry, care for horses, dogs and cats, construction…
You work together with the staff and they will be your teachers.
Lodging: You set up your own tent or you live in the little eco-house “La Cobija” (‘shelter’), both on the camping site. You cook your own food in the equipped kitchen there. Veggies from the gardens are for free.
Language: Sufficient fluency in Spanish, our staff only speaks Spanish.
Experience: All you need is a mindset open to a complete new experience. The following skills are useful: Health food, gardening & permaculture; food- & hotel service; construction & handy work; farming & horses, IT, arts, crafts & design.
Schedule: 30 hours per week.
Age: Ideally 22+. You fit in and we must get along well.
